For hospital IT
You pay for the next month from when the current license ends — the same way Starlink or Netflix renews. HMS then picks up the paid month itself.
Card or mobile money via Paystack. The invoice is created immediately so finance can arrange payment. The receipt is issued only after Paystack confirms.
When the paid month starts, HMS pulls the license automatically. Or open License in HMS and click Renew from portal. Download JSON remains a backup.
The invoice is for accounts. The receipt is proof of payment and can be verified with the QR code. Neither PDF is needed to activate HMS.
If you paid early, HMS keeps the current month until the new one starts. Do not replace a live file with a future month.
